Return and exchange policy

- Products purchased through the website are not returnable through distribution branches at all.

-The allowed period for returning products is three days from the date of receipt of the order.

-The amount is transferred to the customer’s account within 3-7 working days from the date the product is received by the shipping company.

- Orders paid through Tamara or Tabby cannot be returned, only exchanged for the same product 

-The customer cannot return or exchange products that are discounted or included in offers

-If there is a manufacturing defect in the perfumes, they will be replaced within 3-5 working days with the same product
